MegaMedicalSupply.com will accept returns on items that are in unused and unopened within 30 days of the original shipping date.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
In order to receive a refund for an item, the customer must send a request via email requesting to return the item and stating the reason for the return. Megamedicalsupply.com will then issue a return autorization. Any item sent back to Megamedicalsupply without a return authorization can not be refunded. Send your refund email requests to customerservice@megamedicalsupply.com. If approved for refund, the authorization will be sent to the customer showing the autorization number and the address were the customer must return the item, prior to receiving a refund. Customers that receive an item that has a manufactering flaw are requested to seek assitance from the manufacturer prior to requesting a refund. Most manufacturers will work to replace the item that is flawed. Items found that are returned in less than acceptable condtions will not be refunded.
